Weiland Productions, Inc. ("Weiland Records", "we", "us", "our") is the exclusive digital distributor and rights management partner for all artists listed on our official roster, including but not limited to Gavin Weiland, Zaytoven, Nettspend, Bladee, Yung Lean, and Ecco2k. We are authorized to act on their behalf in all matters related to copyright protection and enforcement.

Weiland Records, Inc. is a registered DMCA service provider. Our designated agent filing can be verified with the U.S. Copyright Office at: DMCA Directory – Gavin Weiland.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our services or on platforms where our artists' content is distributed (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Reddit), please notify our copyright agent as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA").

To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that sets forth the items specified below.

DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure

To be effective, your notification must be in writing and include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URLs).
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
